Announcement: Mark Davies Appointed Group Head of Commercial

As of 1 August 2025, Mark Davies has been appointed Group Head of Commercial at Schenk Tanktransport.

Mark joined the company as Senior Commercial Analyst within our UK organisation, where he distinguished himself through his commercial leadership, strategic acumen, and data-driven approach. His contribution has been instrumental in the growth and development of our UK operations.

Group Head of Commercial

The Group Head of Commercial is a newly created role within Schenk and represents a crucial step in further strengthening our commercial strategy and international growth focus. In this position, Mark will be responsible for connecting, developing, and enhancing our commercial activities across all regions. He will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, identify market opportunities, and actively contribute to business development.

Mark will report to Marcel Claessen, CEO, for his group-wide responsibilities, and to Michael Cundy, Managing Director UK, for his UK-specific duties.

This appointment is a recognition of Mark’s achievements to date and a reflection of the confidence we place in his ability to elevate our commercial capabilities to the next level.
