How does ordering my workwear work?
Why don’t I see the products I actually own in the clothing portal?
We’ve imported the order history from our previous supplier, Veilig Goed, in such a way that the balance per product becomes available at the correct time. This process was carefully coordinated in consultation with Schenk and Wiltec.
What does this mean for you?
The items from your old package – such as your current jacket from Veilig Goed – have been linked in the system to the new products from Wiltec. If the wear period of your old jacket hasn’t yet expired, the portal will show that you already own the new jacket. In reality, this still refers to your old one. Only once the wear period ends will the new product become available to order.
Note the order date:
Because items from Veilig Goed have a different lifespan than those from Wiltec, the order date in the system has been adjusted. This date is often set further in the past than when you actually received the item. This was done to correctly calculate the expiry period and ensure a smooth transition to the new package.
In summary:
The portal doesn’t literally show what you physically own, but rather what is linked to your new clothing package based on your previous orders and wear periods. This helps prevent duplicate distributions and ensures a streamlined transition.

Do you see that you’re allowed to order multiple items and genuinely need those products? Then please place your order all at once, rather than in two or more separate orders on the same day. This helps us reduce handling and shipping costs, and ensures your order is processed more quickly and efficiently.

What is Wiltec Online?
Wiltec Online is Wiltec’s digital platform where you can order your Schenk workwear and footwear yourself.
I can’t log in to Wiltec Online. What should I do?
Go to http://www.wilteconline.nl/schenk . This will take you directly to the Schenk ordering portal on Wiltec Online. Log in using your Schenk email address and password.
Logging in for the first time? Enter your Schenk email address as your username and click on “Forgot password”.
You’ll receive a one-time password via email to log in.
Upon first login, you’ll be asked to create a new password. Please remember this for future use.
For security and management reasons, you can only order workwear via the portal using your official Schenk business email address.

How can I update my details in the portal?
If you spot an error in your details, please contact the HR department at your location. They can make any necessary changes in our personnel system.
I urgently need one or more items. What should I do?
If you urgently need an essential item:
- Place your order via Wiltec Online as usual.
- Then call Wiltec on 0413 – 2444 24 to report your urgent order and discuss the options.
I want to order an item but it’s not listed in my order selection. What should I do?
Schenk’s clothing packages in Wiltec Online have been carefully compiled with Wiltec’s product specialists to ensure every colleague can work safely and comfortably. Your HR profile links you to the appropriate clothing and footwear package.
If your package doesn’t match your role or a specific item is missing due to specialist tasks, contact your local PPE team. If approved, the item will be added to Wiltec Online so you can order it.

Ordering Rights
How are the maximum quantities per product (group) determined?
Everyone receives a clothing package suited to their role. A joint team from Schenk and Wiltec determined the right composition and quantity based on Wiltec’s years of experience, considering washing cycles and garment lifespan.
No balance, but still need an item?
Are you not yet entitled to a new item, but do you need a new item due to unforeseen wear and tear, for example? Please email your request to your PPE team at the following email address:

Your order will then be assessed by an internal approver at Schenk. If the Schenk approver gives a positive assessment, Wiltec will process the order.
Sizing
How do I know I’m ordering the right size?
With the switch to Wiltec, we’re moving to a new product line from a different supplier. As with any clothing brand, sizes may vary.
To ease the transition, Wiltec compared sizes from our previous supplier with the new range.
When you log in, you’ll usually see a suggested size based on Wiltec’s measurements. BUT…
- If it’s your first time ordering or it’s been a while, measure yourself carefully to ensure the correct fit.
- NEW: The new collection includes trousers in length sizes. With various width and length options, everyone can find a perfect fit.
Use the sizing info in the portal to find your ideal length.
Deliveries
When will my order be delivered?
Wiltec maintains stock specifically for Schenk.
- Items in stock are delivered within 5 working days.
- Other items are usually delivered within 15 working days.
- Orders for Schenk are shipped daily.
- Deliveries are made to your home address by DHL between 08:00 and 17:00.
- Orders are preferably delivered in one complete shipment, but partial delivery is possible upon request.
Note: Temporary longer delivery times
Due to stock setup after the launch on 15 October, delivery times may be longer initially.
We expect full stock availability by mid to late November.
During this period, delivery may take up to 15 working days. After that, we’ll deliver within 5 working days.

Where will my order be delivered?
All orders are delivered to your home address. This is pre-filled in your account. If incorrect, contact your HR department.
Which courier delivers my order?
Your order is delivered by DHL.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a DHL email with a track & trace link once your order is shipped.
What if I’m not home when my parcel arrives?
Use the DHL track & trace link to monitor delivery.
Want to change the delivery time? Do so as soon as possible.
Once the parcel is with the driver, changes can’t be made.
You can usually choose a new time slot for the same or next working day.
Prefer collection at a DHL service point? That’s possible! Your parcel will be held for 5 days.
Can’t collect it yourself? Someone else can pick it up using the QR code from the DHL email.
In the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Belgium, parcels can also be delivered to neighbours. This is not possible in Germany.
Returns & Exchanges
I want to return or exchange an item. What should I do?
You can return or exchange items under the following conditions:
- Delivered within the past month
- Unused
- In saleable condition
- In original packaging
If your return meets these conditions, request a return via your PPE team.

Your return will be submitted via Wiltec Online.
Wiltec will assess the request within 5 working days.
If approved, you’ll receive a return form via email to send the items back free of charge.
You’ll also regain your ordering rights to place a new order.
If rejected, you’ll be notified.
Please take care when ordering and measuring to avoid unnecessary returns.
Complaints
My order is incomplete or incorrect. What should I do?
Always check the contents against the packing slip.
Note: If an item is out of stock and will be delivered later, it will be marked as “backorder” on the packing slip.
If your delivery is incorrect, report it to your PPE team.
