Schenk UK Invests in Fleet Expansion to Support Long-Term Partnership with Synthomer

Schenk UK is proud to announce a significant investment of over £1 million in its fleet, reinforcing our long-standing partnership with Synthomer and underlining our continued commitment to safety, service, and innovation in chemical logistics.

Strengthening a Decade-Long Partnership

Our relationship with Synthomer spans over 10 years, built on a foundation of trust, collaboration, and shared dedication to excellence. Over the years, we’ve nurtured a robust partnership, consistently exceeding expectations and demonstrating flexibility.

As a testament to this enduring relationship, Synthomer has extended its contract with Schenk UK for an additional three years, taking the agreement through to July 2029. This extension speaks volumes about the strength of our cooperation and our joint vision for long-term success.

Investment in New GP Tanks

In line with Synthomer’s continued commitment to serving the UK market, and in response to growing demand and an expanding product portfolio, Schenk UK has invested in 10 brand new general purpose (GP) tanks. These new-build tanks are currently being prepared specifically for Synthomer’s operations and are expected to be on the road by the end of May.

This investment supports the transportation of emulsion products, which are used primarily in paint and coating applications. The products are loaded from Stallingborough and distributed to Synthomer’s customer base nationwide, requiring the highest levels of reliability, precision, and safety in logistics.
