Over the past period, we have kept you informed about the changes in the structure of our organisation. After more than 30 years of intensive cooperation, 1 April 2024 marks the moment when our role will change and we will hand over the day-to-day management of our beautiful & healthy company to a new management. Marcel Claessen (CEO), Folkert Tjebbes (COO) and Carlien Siebelt (CFO) will form the full, new management team of Schenk as of 1 April 2024. Over the past few years, hard work has been done at various levels in the organisation to make this transition possible. 

With the new management team, supported by the large amount of specific professional expertise in all kinds of positions in the company, we are confident of a successful continuation and further development of Schenk. Our role shifts to the Supervisory Board. From that position, we will remain involved in the future development of Schenk and remain connected to the company, while also being available to the Management Board as advisors.

We would love to meet you in person, speak to you and thank you very much for the fine cooperation, but unfortunately this is not possible due to the many locations and great geographical distances. However, the 100th anniversary of Schenk in 2025 will provide a good opportunity to meet in person. More communication on that will follow at a later stage. 

The transparent communication, direct contacts and pleasant cooperation between our companies has resulted in the long and lasting relationship with us and our employees. We appreciate that very much. A sincere and very heartfelt thank you is fully in order!
